466 spreadsheets, one dashboard
An education program tracked its progress across 466 different spreadsheets and nobody had the full picture. We assembled a visualizer with indicators, a territorial map and a comparison tool that syncs on its own, with no student personal data.

spreadsheets turned into one dashboard with 104 indicators.
Before: each center reported in its own spreadsheet and nobody had the full picture.

The challenge
Hundreds of spreadsheets, no big picture.
Consultora Focus supports a program that works with families, preschools and schools. Each center reported in its own spreadsheet, in different formats, and consolidating the program's progress took weeks.
What we assembled
A dashboard that updates itself.
We connected the program's core spreadsheets to a visualizer that syncs daily, with indicators and targets, a territorial map and a comparator by year, school operator and cohort.
Built for them: The 104 indicators and targets of the program's results framework, with access based on each person's role.
Results
The whole program, on one screen.
Today the program team and the consultancy see the progress of 42 schools in a single dashboard, filter by district or cohort, and spot early where to step in, without exposing children's personal data.
5,000 documents centralized, 24 preschools and 18 schools, no personal student data.
“What used to take us weeks to consolidate now lives in a dashboard with 104 indicators that the team checks on its own.”
